    I've been training. Just found time to update.

    KB 2arm swing X20 per round
    KB jerk X5 l,r per round

    serveral rounds for 20 minutes w 45 sec rest between rounds...

    Effective-need to work on form...

    felt good and very relaxed at the end..Good practice...

    Made it to bjj late. But i did get in a quality light roll.
    I hit the hook flip reversal a few times.Put myself in bad positions to get
    some escape work in..Good sweat felt good...
