    Felt really good after taking a few days off. Shoulders were nice and fresh. I decided to add 5 more pounds to each 53. So there is now an extra 10lbs on each. The Double Military Presses felt really good. I probably could have managed 4 reps on a couple of the sets. I feel like I'll be pressing both 70's very soon. ...

    10/10, 10/10, 5/5 One arm swings (32kg)
    3x3 Kettlebell Janda Sit-ups

    I decided to take a bit of a back of week this week, and give my shoulders a rest.

    This was my first time trying the Janda Sit-ups. This exercise is seriously hard. I was only able to do one full rep, the rest were just partials.

    Tried a Double MP with the 32's after these reps. I got the bells about 3 inches from the top. Almost got it.

    Did some calf raises and one leg hops after.
