1x20 Two arm swings (32kg)
10/10, 10/10, 5/5 One arm swings (32kg)
3x3 Kettlebell Janda Sit-ups

I decided to take a bit of a back of week this week, and give my shoulders a rest.

This was my first time trying the Janda Sit-ups. This exercise is seriously hard. I was only able to do one full rep, the rest were just partials.
