A1: 4x3 Double Military Press (28kg x 2)
A2: 4x5/5 Alternating Renegade Row (32kg x 2)

1x1/1 Turkish Getup (32kg)
1x1/1 Windmill (32kg)

Felt really good after taking a few days off. Shoulders were nice and fresh. I decided to add 5 more pounds to each 53. So there is now an extra 10lbs on each. The Double Military Presses felt really good. I probably could have managed 4 reps on a couple of the sets. I feel like I'll be pressing both 70's very soon.

Weight this morning: 150.2 lbs

Going to need to crank up the calories.
