    Pushed Prowler, high handles & w/ 50 lbs over asphalt, 88 yards one way, made four round trips

    Flipped Tire 66 yards at a time. Four times.

    Alternated between pushes & flips

    Prowler Times were :54, 1:00, :55, 1:06

    Tire Flip: 2:00, 2:06, 2:13, 2:03

    Also pounded the tire w/ a sledgehammer for 1:15 after the 1st & 3rd flips.

    "Outdoor Games" w/ the CCT Instructors

    Strongman Log Press for Reps: 90 lb "log," couldn't let it touch the ground: 50 reps

    Farmer's Walk: 1 1/2 100 yard carries

    Prowler w/ 50 lbs: Approx 200 yards in 48 sec

    Tire Flip, about 75 yards: 1:33

    Smoked afterward but felt good.

    Kettlebell Double C&P 32kg

    5 x 5 = 3500 lbs

    Kettlebell Double Snatch 24kg

    1 x 10 = 1060 lbs

    Repeat Twice:

    75 Double C&P = 10500 lbs

    30 Double Snatch = 3180 lbs

    Total = 13680 lbs
