Walked over to the Main Base Gym to weigh myself on the digital scale. Weighed myself a week ago tonight and then pinned my ears back w/ the KB intervals and diet. Been doing a hybrid of the velocity diet and warrior diet. I work midnight 'til 0800. At midnight I've had a big salad with boiled egg, walnuts, garbanzo beans, shredded carrots, with some honey on top instead of dressing. Also, I'll have a couple 6 oz bottles of milk. Around 0400 and 0730 I'll have a Metabolic Drive/DY protein...
