Exact same workout as last night. I'm on the Velocity Diet and am doing intervals with a good bit of volume and little rest in hopes of buring fat. I doubt the workout will change much over the next 2 1/2 weeks or so. Probably incorporate the 24 kg into it a bit more.

6 sets of 60 one hand swings, 5 then switch: 1:30, rest :30
2 sets of 45 cleans, 5 per hand: 1:30, rest :30
Each hand gets an extra 5 on one set
