2 sets Cleans, 5 per hand, 40 total: 1:30 per set, rest 30 sec
2 sets Clean & Press, 30 total, switch hands every 5 reps, 2:30 per set, rest 1:00
2 sets of Snatches 10, then 5 per hand, 30 total: 1:00 set, 1:00 rest,
Total time 20:32, HR immediately after training: 184
