2 sets of 60 one hand swings, same protocol/time

2 sets of 45 cleans, 5 per hand: 1:30, rest :30
Each hand gets an extra 5 on one set

3 C&P Ladders, 1-5: 3:00 each ladder: work/rest 1:1

50 snatches in 1:50
Total Training Time: 30:50, 21:20 work, 9:30 rest
69/31 work to rest ratio
Higher work/rest due to 2 more sets of 3/1 swings & all 50 snatches done w/ no rest period.
