    5x20 Two Arm swings
    3x10 each arm, One Arm swings
    2x10 Darcy swings
    3x10 each arm Snatches
    2x10 each arm Push Presses
    2x10 each arm Clean and Jerk

    16Kg Bell racked on each arm steps
    16Kg Bell raised over head steps

    Today: VERY light

    50 Two arm swings
    2x10 each arm Snatches
    1x10, 1x15 ...

    Shuttle Sprints in between

    2x10 Push Presses each arm
    3x20 Two-arm Tricep Press
    3x20 Bent over Row
    2x4 Graduated Press each arm
    3x10 Clean and Jerk each arm
    Reverse Ladder Snatches each arm, 10 8 6 4 2
    Shuttle sprints in between each set
