    Back/Leg Routine:

    Deadlifts: 225/245/255 *Deadlifts felt better today. I think the good mornings I have been doing are helping the weak points in my back and making my DL stronger.

    Pull-ups (Underhand): 3x5 *I think I've been pushing it a little far on the pull-ups. I've been adding to many reps too quickly. I think I need to back down a bit.

    Back/Leg Routine:

    Squats: 185/195/205 *Squats just aren't feeling right. I'm having trouble going below parallel.
    Pull-ups (Underhand): 4x5 *Missed the last rep of the last set.
    *only got 3 reps on the last set. Recently I've only been doing three sets of 4 and since 5 reps was feeling so easy at first I thought I'd test myself to see how many sets of 5 I could do.
