    Cycling/Ladder Hybrid Bench Routine - Ladder Phase

    Set 3: 1,2,3 190lbs

    *I'm going to quit this Bench routine because I think I've messed something up and over trained. I'm going to take a week of rest then start back off with a basic cycle routine.
