    3rd "Monday" of Modified Delorme. (It's actually Tuesday)

    I feel really good about my form! Did six full sets of both exercise!

    Bench 105x5, 157.5x5, 210x5 x6
    Deadlift 150x5, 225x5, 300x5 x6

    1st Day of Modified Delorme.

    Today(Monday): Bench 100x5, 150x5, 200x5 - 6 complete sets. Good!
    Deadlift 140x5, 210x5, 280x5 - 5 complete, 280x3 on 6th. Good!

    That means now I'll use: bench 102.5, 155, 205 (Do 6 on Wed and Fri)
    deadlift 145, 217.5, 290 (Do 5 on Wed and Fri)

    DL 360x5. Side press 60x5. My record before my break in training was 370x5. Felt good to get the 360. Been waving the side press.
