1. mobility drills. 2. overhead walking lunges-12 lb. DBs, 24 reps-1 minute AC 3. overhead walking lunges-10 lb. 30 reps. 4. long-lever good mornings-8 lbs. DBs- 2/5.
5. side planks-3/30 sec. both sides. 6. TGU 3/5- 12 kg. 7. Windmills 3/5- 12 kg. 90 sec. walk, both sides, with overhead lockout-12 kg.-2 minutes- 9. 15 Full-pushups (regular) 10. 3-mile run.
