    variety / new things trying day
    pistols 3 l/r - 6 kg, 12 kg, 24 kg (only 2 of the 24 right leg)
    attempt at press in squat position, only right handed success (this is really hard)
    one handed pushup: 3 l/r hands on bed, 3 l/r hands on ground (I never thought I could do this, dunno what form this was)
    seated press 3 l/r changing hands every rep
