24kg C&P Ladders
Perfoming 3x (1, 2, 3, 2, 1) for 4+ weeks. 4 X (3) attempted since 30 Jan, (3 weeks); 1st week had significant levels of DMSO, fatigue post workout day. 2nd and 3rd weeks had 1-2 missed training days.
Dropped to 3X (3) 20 Feb. Increased form concentration, (successful), less fatigue / post workout stress. Consider 4X (3) for week of 27 Feb with form.
