    Default GNC Kettlebells/Paperweights

So I walked into GNC yesterday, and saw that they had kettlebells for sale.

We'll actually they called them kettleweights. 5 and 10 lbs.
They were made by everlast and sold for about $7.00

Not sure if anybody else has seen these things, but they make prett cool paperweights for offices......

Funny that you said so....i bought both 5 and 10 pounders. I couldn't resist!

My little girls like to use them when they see daddy punishing himself with the 2 pood. )

The 5 pounder might make a nice earring.

    Default GNC Kettlebells/Paperweights

I picked up a pair of 10 pounders for added resistance for Dragon Flags and Hanging Leg Raises. It is very convenient to put my toes under the handle and the leverage disadvantage of having the weight below my feet is significant.

Default My niece gave me one for Christmas

to use as an ornament. What is priceless is the instruction pamphlet. This really muscular man is doing various exercises with the teeny kb making it look like very hard work. Good stuff.

Default My son took the 5lber to my head!

I bought my 3 yr. old the 5lb KB and he took it to my temple when I wasn't looking! Too much Tom & Jerry, I guess.
