I just finished the evil squat program and it was totally worth the pain. Thirteen weeks ago I worked up to a 1RM of 255lb, at 6'1" tall and 165 lb. Today I squated 345 and weighed in at 171.
When I first read that the program could increase your squat by 100lb I had my doubts, but once I got into the first base cycle I realized what all the hype was about. This was by far the most intense training I've ever been through but it was totally worth it in the end.
Throughout the program I could literally feel myself gaining ridiculous strength, and not just in my legs. Also, my flexibility and verticle leap have improved greatly, and my legs have gotten huge!
I was fairly amature when I started, so for anyone out there that is new to squatting, or to this forum, don't be afraid to go for it. It worked wonders for me and I would highly recommend it for anybody.
