    Default Big improvement in swings

    Not long ago, someone posted a workout for swings. The workout was 50, 40, 30, 20, 10 swings with a minute rest in between.

    I tried it with my 24kg KB and was unable to do the second set. I had to reduce the repetitions in order to get through it.

    Today, about 4-6 weeks later, I went through the entire workout with relative ease.

    I am not an RKC, but I have read ETK and I must say that this stuff really works!
