Default Curious about the "Slosh Pipe"

Does anyone out there have any slosh pipe workout details? I am interested in incorporating this into my KB workouts. What are some good exercises to do with it and how will it compliment my KB training?

Pick it up, walk 50 yards with it held in a Zercher position. See spots, throw up, lose dignity.

Turn around, holding it overhead, walk back 50 yards. Change pants, cry a little, curse the guy at Home Depot that cut the pipe for you, wonder why anyone would do this to themselves.

    Repeat 3 times

It makes me grateful kettlebells don't move.

That is pretty much the workout that I did with my new toy. I am doing 3 x 3's with my KB's and finished off with 3 rounds of Zercher walks one way, overhead for the return. I can really feel it in my core area.

My daughter laughed at me as I wobbled down my drive and back.
