I tried a bottoms up press for the first time the other day. I used a 24kg (which I can press with a normal grip, no problem). I did the bottom's up press with the 24kg, but it was quite a chore. Any idea how much more difficult a bottom's up press is than a regular press? Just from doing it I would have to say (guessing) that it is 50 to 75% more difficult than with a normal grip. I am sure that the length of the handle will have something to do with it.

Also, anyone out there using the bottom's up press as a regular part of their routine and if so how are you incorporating it?
