I have an anatomically shorter right leg, Leg Length Discrepancy (LLD). My right is about 10mm shorter than my left, therefore I have pain in the right side of my lower back. A Physical Therapist had me on a core strengthening/stability program (lots of side bridges and flexibility).

With that being said, should I invest time in slosh piping for core stability? Will this help reduce the pain I feel from my LLD?

Just want to make sure I'm not barking up the wrong tree.
