    What KB pull works the forearms the most? In my limited experience with KB I noticed that high pulls tax my forearms a lot more than snatches or even swings - that upper part of the high pull where the KB moves backwards in an almost horizontal path and I have to squeeze the handle hard to keep the bell horizontal - that's when my forearms seem to get smoked. Opinions please? Thanks!

    Just guessing here but it seems your timing must be off if you are controlling the bell by squeezing the handle.
