    Default Mini workouts

Now that I have more time, I can think more about gtg techniques. So I thought I'd add those "mini workouts" during the day.
They would be consisting of swings, jerks, military presses, pull ups/renegate rows, pistols. Will there be the same carryover to sport activities? I mostly wonder about the swings

    Thanks alot

    Default Mini workouts

Great question - now that a few of us in the office have decided to buy a KB and take short breaks from work to exercise I am also looking for short (up to 5 min) workouts that would still be beneficial. I do TGU in the mornings and it takes me less than 10 minutes to do it, that is including the time it takes me to go to the basement and back, but frankly the floors here at work are not clean enough for that So could you guys please recommend some short yet beneficial workouts, and possibly something that wouldn't leave me and my colleagues dripping with sweat either Thanks.

I have done 100 burpees as a quick and brutal workout when I was on the road. It took about 8 minutes and left me dripping with sweat. Thus, although it is a great suggestion for a quick workout, it might not suit your goals. I would think that taking time out to do 5 snatches per arm and 5 presses per arm would be a good GTG program with KBs.
