That is not really the Program Minimum
Today I did something close to the minimum, or what I thought would be a warm up. With a 24kg, I did 10 swings and a minute of active rest, i.e. JJ's, mountain climbers, Jump rope etc for 12 minutes. I wanted to use it a warmup.
I felt warmed up afterwards and then attempted to do Stehle's WOD. It required 7 rounds of 7 reps 7 exercises. I tried it w/ the 24kg and was so smoked I only did 4 rounds in about 23 minutes. Maybe I should cut the PM down a bit if I'm going to follow with a WOD.
