how do you mean overworked? I do it once a day, in the morning, I don't feel sore afterwords or anything.

    Default patience.....

I started my own program doing sets of 5 every thirty minutes at work, for a whopping total of I think twenty or thirty total. now I am up to sets of 11 every 30 minutes or less for a minimum of 70 a day per working day, usually completing the sets in less than 4 hours. It takes time, be patient. two weeks is very little time. lets us know if you dont make progress after 6-8 weeks.

    remember 6-8 weeks!!

I may read Pavel's program wrong, but it sounds like he expects people to increase the number of pull-ups every day (except for the days-off). I am in no particular hurry, but Pavel says in that article that if you get stuck you may want to change the program, so I am wondring if that's my case...
