    Default Question for Steve Freides

Steve, thank you very much for your input. Low volume heavy weight approach has another big advantage - at least for me - it takes a lot less time than 5 ladders of 1-5. One last question - is there anything bad about combining C&P or TGU with Tabata swings into one short morning workout? Thanks again. Yan.

Glad to be of some service. Your program idea sounds fine to me - I do it all the time.
