    Default wheelbarrowsleigh workout

    hi
    with inspiration from zaacevenesh, i have made a sleigh from an old wheelbarrow.its fantastic.ive put a video on with some pics
    today i did: ringdips 3set#5reps with 10kg in 5 min
    ringpullups 3set#5reps with 10kg in 5 min
    wheelbarrow 50yard pulls-50yard press # 3 in 6 min
    i felt very very strong after that and on top got an intense pump that have lasted now for 4 hours:-)
    even my legs are pumped,but the feeling is strenght
    so if your poor,have an old wheelbarrow and a little space i recommend this!!!!
