What am I trying to achieve...

1. Create a balance in my body that complements my Clean and Press.

2. Improve my one set max in pull-ups

What I have been doing is a set between rungs of the C&P ladders. Today, I did slightly higher reps, but just did it between the ladders themselves. I am trying to throw in some of the "Fighter Pull-Up" program in between the Clean and Presses.
