    Default how does the feed-foreward tension technique work?

    how is it possible for the muscle to contract maximally, yet not pull on the tendons? and why do you need to lift heavy at least some of the time for your joints and connective tissue?

    Don't look too far in to it. All you need to know is lift weights, rest, eat and repeat. From your last few posts, your looking WAY too far in to a striped to the bone program. PttP works. Do it. It will work for you. No one is answering your posts because the answers will not work for you. Only lifting the weights will work for you. When it starts to work, you will not even CARE why it works. You will only care that it works.

    trust me, i wouldnt lead you down the wrong path...
