Default Conditioning for 100 rep squats question

Wait wait wait, now I've heard and used that saying in the past. I can't follow a cookie cutter routine(even if I wrote it) because I get bored and go back to training by instinct. Systematically laying everything down works for some people but I hate having to think/read what I'm "supposed" to do before I workout(again, even if I wrote it). I have a rough plan laid out in my head that is flexible and capable of being flipped upside down if I wanted/needed to. Thanks, and I'll post a vid when I perform the feat

Not trying to down you at all. I actually started that post before the last 3 posts went up, so maybe i jumped the gun a bit.

I see you have a roadmap laid out.I missed that in the previous posts.
I think thats an awesome goal.I look forward to seeing it.
