Nevertheless, to add: according to the link you provided, sir, and with the stories I have heard through the years about Mr. Pearl--the man consumed voluminous quantities of eggs and milk to undergird his training.

To build muscle as he did seems problematic on a narrow diet of carrots, seeds, and soy.

What a set of guns the man had, eh?
