Last night, I reached one of my 2008 goals of a 2X BW DL (330 LBS). Nothing fantastic compared to many here, but I had never DLd before last March. I'm pretty stoked about it, but I'm due for a back off week in a bad way. When I come back, I'm going to do anything but DLs on my variety days for my next 6 week cycle. Maybe front squats with my 2 53s and some push-ups. DLs 2 days a week take a toll when doing RoP.

Com. Imrahil56, power to you! This may not be elite, but most people can't do it.

Elite will come...but I have to focus on my 32KG press for now. It's taken me a year to figure out that I can't be great at everything at the same time.

    Thx Com Pavel.

    Default Good job Imrahil....

I know you are looking at the RKC in the future. Definitely get those FS down if you are not doing them already. I know that I was deficient in this area going into the RKC. I also know there were a couple of men who did not get their certificate at the certification (say that 5x fast) because of their front squat form.

One option for your is to try barbell squatting instead of deadlifting. The deadlift is very CNS intensive.
