I have a case of what is called 'trigger finger.' It means the tendon in my finger has trouble passing through the tunnels that keep it connected to the bone, I think. It has been interfering with my training. I want to avoid surgery. Anyone have any tips?
Chris,
Pavel does check the forum.
In regards to your question - have you been checked by a hand specialist?
A little time spent getting an accurate diagnosis and treatment could save you a long recovery time if it is a trigger finger that gets worse.
