Hello Everyone,
I hope someone can give me some advice or their two cents.
I'm working on the "strong as you look" series of training from the book Beyond Bodybuilding. However, I notice that there are not any specific exercises recommended for the abs and shoulders days.
I was wondering if anyone who is using this program what exercises, sets and reps would they do on those abs and shoulders days.
I am assuming something like 3X6 janda situps
4x5 saxon side bends
5x5 full contact twist

I am not too sure what type of shoulder exercises would best fit this program though.
