    your a harsh critic on yourself buddy. Be careful rushing in on this, I know you just got down your 16. Remember on a shaft like that its adding over 40lbs to the lift. Its not like throwing a set of nickels to a barbell.

    How is the squat program coming? How much weight have you added to your frame? I know a lot of people here would be interested to hear about your adventures with this huge volume squatting program.

    Haha, it's funny you say that. I've always been told I'm my own worst critic

    I actually gave the 18.5 a few go's before I video'd it. Not full levers, just a few negs and dipped levers.

    I'll make a new thread about it. I've made some huge gains!
