Well you can easily have both strength and large amounts of mass but if all you're training for is getting up on stage to dance around in your under wear there's no point....Unless of course you actually want that strength for something or are passionate about obtaining more.

EDIT: just a quick point, ronnie is an ex power lifter.

You get guys that are huge that lift barely anything, there's a polish guy at my gym who is 250lbs+ at probably 5-7% bf and never lifts more than 25lbs DB ....I see him use the 10lbs all the time. Why? because with all food he eats and experience he has it works for him. a lot of bb'ers have no interest in strength and just want what packs on the most mass and food is the main factor in that.
hmm he always used 10lbs ? than how he grow his mucles?mostly from foods than 6 meals per day next I thought in order to build big msucles u have to increase weight?

No he goes up to 25lbs on db but he does incredibly high rep work with them (probably not optimal for growth but he gets results due to high volume and high food volume)....and probably spends around 3 hours a time in the gym. Bottom line is if I want to put on more mass I'll eat more. I use to be around 235 solid muscle when I did BB'ing. now I can lift twice as much and i'm down to around 205 at the same BF. My focus is now on strength and not so much on mass.

So whats changed? eating habits and focus.

Anyone know what that KB is made out of? When I saw it I thought that it looks like a 32kg bell. It must have a center of steel or lead or... perhaps gold?

Joking about gold of course - but does anyone have an idea?
