    That's pretty interesting!!
    So, the body tears itself apart after the person wakes up?
    Or, even under anesthesia, the nerves still resist the unnusual ROM?
    The body really is a strange machine....

    Com. Zach, add joint mobility work, esp. Cossacks and split switches. Do that in the AM daily. Do your splits every other night after some squats, prying squats, and Cossacks. Some time go for long steady tension, other times brief tension, other times just do relaxed stretches.

    Focus on pulling the hips out of the sockets on all of the above.
