Yes it is, you won't be missing out on any part of your body.
Fear of doing things isn't preventing you from dying, it's preventing you from living

Pain is good. It makes you know that you are still alive.

sry to change subject...i recently started gtg with my oac training but just after 1 week my max reps of negatives went from 3 each arm to just 1 each (after resting). should i continue gtg but with less intensity or return to a more conventional routine?

I am slo interested in adding dips, pullps, and push ups, to my daily regimen.

I heard Mike Tyson use to do dips and pull ups as well.

Ok, here is a noob question, as I'm brand new to this, and the main thing that confuses me is when you rotate the kb in your grip and it slams against your wrist isn't there risk of injury even when starting out with light weights? Does your body just adapt to it?

Default This thread is for reference links.

For all you new visitors with only a few posts in your history, this thread is not a place to submit questions. This thread is where administrators and seniors store frequently asked questions for future reference. Please open a thread of your own, unique to your own question, instead of hijacking other threads and replacing their subjects. A new thread with "Your issue" in the subject will get noticed. Burying your issue in a library like this will not get you the help you need. Thank you.

My thread "Guest User? Really" prompted some 6 pages of discussion on why Pavel's user account had been changed to "Guest User" status. John Du Cane answered in a forthright manner, and I thanked him for his professionalism in this very forum.

That entire thread was removed from the forum on or around August 26. I've been an HKC and an active, outspoken member in good standing for some 3yrs now, but I don't support this sort of censorship. Look for me on the public web.
