    Default Bad Hand Tear- Quick Fix?

    hey,

    i got a bad hand tear doing VWC training and i need a quick fix- ive got the RKC in like 3 day?... any quick fix suggestions?

    he's not kidding. Super glue was invented by the embalming trade.
    And if you're not into super glue, there's something called liquid bandage that's kinda the same thing.

    Also: great new bandaid from bandaid is water proof and really sticky. put one of these on and be sure to tape your hands for your next workout till you heal.

    those awesome bandaids are called "active flex" - i've had to use them now on two callus rips and they made it possible to keep up with the swing/snatch work.

    for lots of snatches really do recommend getting some coaches' tape for over that so you don't do more damage and can avoid moving into pain, as that will just f with your form.
