This is gonna be a GREAT time!

What impresses me more is to hear how many RKCs and RKC candidates come to these workshops. One of the things I respect most about the RKC as a School of Strength is the energy that many of us devote to constantly bettering ourselves, bettering our technique, and bettering our teaching methods. This is what makes us stand head & shoulders above the rest!

Looking forward to seeing you again and to meeting more of the mid-Atlantic's kettlebellers!
