    Default gtg and weighted pullups

    I'm planning on doing some grease the groove work with my bodyweight pullups but I would also like to have 1-2 days a week of weighted pullup and/or one arm emphasis work during the week as well. I would love to hear any ideas or success stories of people who have combined both methods. Thanks in advance guys.

    Worked for me - a week was 3 days of normal pullup training, 1 day heavy weight and low volume, 1 day normal weight and high volume, and 1 day near-max test for normal pullups. In my case, "normal" means still means some added weight, but this would be bodyweight-only for most people.
