The TRX is a good idea, too, and something that I had thought about at one time but since have forgotten about. I'll have to look into that, too, and see what they cost (always a consideration for me). Got any recommendations for sources with good prices?
Specifically, the losses I referred to were decreases in my capacity to do the swings, mostly. Maybe the bodyweight circuits will do better for me in that regard.
