Cycle section of ptp
You have to learn to cycle the weights. Follow the cycle section in the book (Ptp) and wave the weights. You just begin your cycle at A weight that is the appropriate amount of intervals away from your 5 rep max so that if you increase weight a specific amount each day, for example 5 pounds a day, you will reach your max in the early middle part of the 2nd-3rd week. Or possibly even the 6th week. I don't really know the formats bear users like to use but it's just a cycle like in the book. Then you just ride out the 2 steps forward one step back style program until you stop seeing gains or you feel like stopping ..... You will be a big pile of muscle in no time
