Just a quick reminder of the upcoming Intro to Kettlebells & Z-Health this coming sat. July 11th in Healdsburg, CA. I've been noticing plenty of questions concerning Z-Health and this workshop would definately answer your questions. It's an 8hr event with Chuck Halbakkan RKC2, Level 5 Z-Health, and #6 ranked on this website.
The cost of the workshop is $149 for either the KB or Z-Health or $249 for the whole 8hrs. The first half is from 8am-12pm (kettlebells), and 1pm-5pm (Z-Health)
