first ladder workout done
Did 3x 1,2,3 yesterday on 32KG KB Snatch-Negative Press and same on Pistols. I seem to have gotten a fair amount of strength back as this wasnt particularly hard. Lets see what happens.
In answer to comrade Paul, i do a snatch with a slow negative press to economise on exercises. Ie the idea is to carry out the prescribed heavy pulling movement and heavy pressing movement in one exercise.
At the moment, i am only doing one other main exercise-weighted pistols-and a 1 legged calfraise with 40KG every 3rd workout-currently building up to 20 reps, can now do 15, and then will work the calf movement movement very, very slowly to maintain progression with the same weight.
All of this is in keeping with my experience that the less I do the better i gain strength-hence a very abbreviated routine.
