I highly recommend Strength by Sara! It's like Zachariah Salazar always tells people, Z-Health is an excellent system, but it gets very specific to the individual and their chosen sport. So Sara has applied the template to kettlebell practice and taken the guesswork out it! It gives you detailed instruction of the kettlebell drills and quick-fixes for your issues. It's brilliant in its simplicity. It's made such an impact on my methods when I teach my team how to use kettlebells.

Not to derail the thread but - when are you coming to CO to work w/Jwood on a Z workshop?

By the way a Z/KB book seems like a BRILLIANT idea is I am understanding correctly!I will have to check it out.

Do the beginner/intermediate drills in this book also have significant info about the carryover of Z? I hope that they do because I am sure that I am not the only person who finds it a bit disenchanting when every time something new comes out it only reitterates points made about the basic drills. I understand their inclusion because everyone would like their material to be all-inclusive - but I can respect more the idea that that material has already been covered many times in many ways and that people should already have a base of information on the standard drills.

Yes she is we are still working out the details.. Putting a workshop together is harder then I thought.. at least if you want it to rock.

It MUST rock! I'm down - I'm also excited. I'd really love to learn more about Z's carryover to KBs.
