    Seb,
Those are good suggestions and appreciated. Iíve read enough on steady state cardio that I probably wonít be doing much of it ever again J. When I add in cardio itís always in intervals of some kind, and some of what Iíve done could probably classify as a complex as well. Staying away from processed food is great advice as well Ė knowing exactly what youíre consuming at all times is a great way to control your weight and maintain health.

    RJ,
It does seem like weíre doing similar things. Iíve considered doing incline benching as well, I wouldnít mind the extra shoulder work and transfer to overhead pressing is probably likely (or at least a little higher than standard bench). Since Iíve only been at it with weights for about 8 months Iím sticking to the basic lifts, though, for bbs and kbs. Iíve seen some of the workouts with complexes, and they look really interesting. Iíve tried like a lot of people to modify workouts, but it usually ends up being too much for me in one way or another Ė Iím glad I had enough sense to stick to the programs for the most part over the last 8 months. If I do complexes Iíll likely look for a workout using them thatís already proven to save myself from my own overzealous program changing :|.

    Thanks,
    wv
