Default Free Kettlebell Classes on Fort Bragg

This is the schedule for Free Kettlebell Classes at the Pope Neighborhood Center, aka:
    "Earn Your Dinner Wednesdays"
This is a bare-bones beginner's class...meaning you don't even have to know what a kettlebell looks like to come out.
Although I just saw a kettlebell in this week's Us weekly magazine labeled as "the hot new exercise tool"

I bring the bells and instruction, all you have to do is show up and be prepared to have fun training!

All classes start at 5PM, are 1hr long, and are on Wednesdays.
We start with a Joint mobility warm-up followed by basic gross movements like body weight squats and the pump & pry, followed by practice of one or a few of the basic six kettlebell moves (swing, get-up, clean, press, front squat, and snatch), finish off with a workout from what you've learned, and wrap-up with more joint mobility.

    Join us on these dates:
    2 Sept
    16 Sept
    23 Sept
    30 Sept

    7 Oct
    14 oct
    21 Oct
    28 Oct
*Please RSVP to the classes you are attending so I know how many and what bells to bring, as well as how to best tailor the instruction for the given group.

Be well and see YOU swinging on Wednesdays!
