Question Re; DeLorme 6 week hypertrophy cycle.
In his book "Beyond Bodybuilding" by Pavel, he outlines the "A DeLorme Method Inspired Six Week Hypertrophy Cycle"; (pp. 13-18). The program involves just (2) two exercises; 1. Bench Presses, 2. Deadlifts. I don't have a Bench, a Power Rack or anyone to spot me, but I do have a Log Bar, (and a straight bar.) My question is as follows; If I subsitute Log Bar presses for Bench Presses, but otherwise follow the program to the letter, would I still get the same results?
